Srushti deshmukh, in her third year of engineering she has begun preparation for UPSC. After her graduation she began to question whether she could be satisfied in an engineer position. In the following years, she realized that her dream was civil services and began to concentrate on this. Parents encouraged her to become an official in the civil service and to pursue a career in public service. She was motivated to become an IAS officer and was committed to achieve that goal.
